A: All orders placed before 4:00 pm EST Monday-Friday will be shipped out same day, all orders after that time will be shipped out the following business day.
Q: How long does it take for imprinted lockboxes to ship out?
A: Please allow approximately one week for your imprinted merchandise to ship out
Q: Are there any warranties with your products?
A: All products that break or malfunction have a lifetime warranty.
Q: What is your return Policy?
A: All products have a 7 day return policy from the day your package is delivered. Products must be undamaged and in their original packaging *Note: The customer is responsible for paying for all shipping costs as well as a restocking fee.
